Discovery Stairs are looking for an individual to oversee factory production of our bespoke staircases, ensuring production rates and quality are achieved and maintained to the highest standard.

Experience in the manufacture of staircases is essential, as is the ability to manage the performance of others within your team. There will be an emphasis on the development of members within the joinery production team and direct liaison with company management about all aspect of the production process.

The role is two-fold, a mix of production and supervisory, and offers the successful candidate a direct route into management within a short time-scale.

Salary can be discussed on an individual basis, dependent on experience, commencing on an hourly rate with generous holiday entitlement and other benefits.
