Last year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Molly to our team as part of her T-Levels placement through EKC Broadstairs College. Recognising her potential and dedication, we were delighted to offer Molly an Apprenticeship as a Human Resources Adviser.
OFP would like to congratulate Molly for passing her T Level in Business Management and Administration and at the same time passing her GCSE Mathematics exam – both with EKC Broadstairs College.
Speaking about her time at OFP so far, Molly says, “I first started working at OFP as a T-level Management and Administration student for work experience, working closely with Richard Pankhurst, head of human resources, I grew to understand and gain experience about the working life, as well as relevant experience for the job role I aspired to go into.My skills and experienced I gained while working at OFP quickly grew as I started adapting to the work. I was delighted when I got offered an Apprenticeship as a Human Resources Adviser for Richard, and quickly took the role becoming an official part of the OFP family.”
