Completed in August 2024, this striking new-build home in Warlingham, Croydon, showcases innovation in both design and construction. Built on the site of a former private garden, this unique project presented a series of technical challenges that were met with expert precision by our team.
The home stands over three storeys and features attic trusses to maximise internal space. One of the most distinctive aspects of the build was the complex roof structure, which required the installation of cranked steels, an advanced structural solution rarely seen in residential construction. These elements were critical in forming the unusual and eye-catching roofline that sets this home apart.
Adding further character to the property is a standout balcony space set within the roof structure itself, an unexpected feature that offers both privacy and elevated views, perfectly captured in the accompanying 3D render.
